You can configure your Microsoft Outlook 2003 to synchronize with Einstein Law's mail system using the instructions below:
Step 1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2003 application and select “E-mail Accounts...” from “Tools” menu.
Step 2. On this screen, click “Add a new e-mail account” option and click “Next”.
Step 3. On this screen, select “IMAP” option and click “Next”.
Step 4. On this screen, enter your name (in “Your Name” field), your email address (in “E-mail Address” field), your email address again (in “User Name” field), your password (in “Password” field), and check “Remember password” checkbox. Also, enter IMAP server address (in “Incoming mail server (IMAP)” field), SMTP server address (in “Outgoing mail server (SMTP)” field), and click “More Settings...”.
Step 5. On this screen, select "Advanced" tab. Then, click both "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)" checkboxes, enter 993 (in "Incoming server (IMAP)" field, unless already entered), enter 587 (in "Outgoing server (SMTP)" field, unless already entered), slide "Server Timeouts" slider to far right until it reads "Long" and "10 minutes", and click "OK" to return to the previous screen.
Step 6. On this screen, click "Next".
Step 7. On this screen, click “Finish” to complete your new email account configuration.
