You can configure your Mozilla Thunderbird 3 to synchronize with Einstein Law's mail system using the instructions below:
Step 1. Start Thunderbird application and select “Account Settings...” from “Tools” menu.
Step 2. On this screen, select “Add Mail Account...” from “Account Actions” menu.
Step 3. On this screen, enter your name (in “Your name” field), your email address (in “Email address” field), your password (in “Password” field), check “Remember password” checkbox, and click “Continue”.
Step 4. On this screen, click “Manual config”.
Step 5. On this screen, enter your name (in “Your name” field), your email address (in “Email address” field), your password (in “Password” field), and check “Remember password” checkbox. Also, select “IMAP” option (in “Incoming” menu), enter IMAP server address (under “Server hostname”), select "993" option (in "Port" menu), select "SSL/TLS" option (in "SSL" menu, unless already selected), select "Normal Password" option (in "Authentication" menu). Then, enter SMTP server address (below, as shown), select "587" option (in "Port" menu), select "SSL/TLS" (in "SSL" menu, unless already selected), select "Autodetect" option (in "Authentication" menu below, as shown), and click "Done" to finish your new email account configuration. Please, note that newer versions may require to re-test configuration before "Done" button becomes highlighted.
