To embed an image into the paragraph, the user must click the “EinsteinImage” button in the Content Editor Bar. That action will open the “Image Properties” window. Next, the user can click the “Browse Assets” button to access the assets. From the “Assets” window, the user can search and scroll through existing assets or upload a new asset. It is very important to size an image properly before uploading to “Assets.” Once selected, the “Assets” window will close returning the user to the “Image Properties” window. Then click the green “OK” button to insert the image.
Once the image has been added to the paragraph, the user can align it left or right. To align the image to the right, first click on it and then click the “Right Align” button highlighted in red above. That action will embed the image into the text like you see in a magazine or newspaper and provide adequate spacing between the image and the text as well as apply a border around the image. If a word is misspelled or unrecognized by the browser it will underline that word in red. To correct the misspelling right click on the word while holding down the Ctrl button on your keyboard (Command button on a Mac).
