The Page Edit View is accessible by clicking on the page name in the Pages tab. It shows your website with editable fields highlighted and a floating tool bar. A pink field indicates a site wide change while yellow fields indicate a change that will affect that page only. To edit a pink or yellow field, simply click on that field. You can also use your website’s on-page navigation to switch pages while remaining in the Edit View.
Floating Tool Bar: Once you are logged in, you will see the floating toolbar in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. Click the ‘Admin’ link to go back to the Admin view. You can view your page as it appears to the public by clicking the ‘View live page’ link. To restore your page to an earlier version of that page, click the drop down box for ‘View previous versions’. To edit an element that is not highlighted by a yellow or pink box, click the ‘Select an element to edit’ drop down box. Notice that all elements are either Page or Site elements. The ‘Publish’ button makes your most recent changes live.
Tip: If you click ‘View live page’ before clicking ‘Publish’ you will not see your most recent updates. Therefore, you should always click ‘Publish’ after Saving.
